潘海洋,男,理学博士,讲师,博士毕业于南京大学。主要从事低维材料的生长制备及其器件的电学性能输运研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,参与多项国家部级项目。近年来,在 CHIN. PHY. LETTNanotechnologyApplied Physics Letters 等国际有影响力的期刊发表学术论文9篇。
